- Take the N4 toward Rustenburg, pass through Swartruggens. Follow N4 to Zeerust.
- In Zeerust turn right at President street onto R47 to Gaborone.
- Approximately 50km from Zeerust there is a turnoff to the right to Groot Marico. Don't turn, carry on straight.
- Pass the signboard "Gaborone 70 km" and a big Marula tree on the left.
- "Thabana Safari Lodge" signboard is about 400 metres after the Marula tree.
- Turn left on the dirt road and travel for 4.2 km to the main entrance.
